Adrian Rocha Opens Up About Early Exit from Big Brother Season 27: “Everyone’s Playing It Safe”

Adrian Rocha may have been the third contestant eliminated from Big Brother Season 27, but his journey in the house made a lasting impression — and now that he's home, he’s sharing his thoughts on gameplay, his unexpected eviction, and who he believes is poised to win it all.

In a post-eviction interview with Just Jared, Adrian reflected on his short but intense experience inside the Big Brother house. Although he’s no longer competing for the $750,000 grand prize, he remains in good spirits and grateful for the opportunity to play.

“Hey, I’m doing as well as I could be not playing Big Brother,” Adrian joked. “Other than that, since I’m not in the house, I want to say I’m doing fantastic. I’m back home. I saw my family. They all took pictures with me. My family loved that I was home because they were pretty stressed seeing me on the block.”

Adrian became a fan favorite early on, known for his easygoing nature and genuine personality. However, despite forming early bonds in the house, he found himself nominated and ultimately evicted in Week 3 — a move that caught some viewers off guard.

“I honestly would’ve loved to stay in the house longer, but I think the players right now are playing it super safe,” Adrian explained. “They’re going after people who they think won’t ruffle feathers. No one’s making any bold moves yet.”

When asked about why he thought he was targeted, Adrian admitted that he may have been seen as an easy vote, someone whose presence didn’t pose an immediate threat but whose departure wouldn’t cause too much disruption. He also pointed out that house dynamics were forming quickly, and without a solid alliance to back him up, his time was likely numbered from the start.

“It’s one of those things where if you don’t get into the right room at the right time, or you’re not in the right conversation, people assume you’re not with them,” he said. “I didn’t expect it to happen this early, but I’m proud of how I played.”

One of the more lighthearted moments of the interview came when Adrian talked about his brother’s reaction to his eviction. “Let me tell you — I walked through the door, and the first thing he said to me was, ‘Bro, you seriously let them do you like that?’” Adrian laughed. “He gave me a hard time, but it’s all love. We watched some clips together and now he says he would’ve been worse at the game than I was!”

When asked who he’s rooting for now that he’s outside the house, Adrian didn’t hesitate to name his winner pick.

“I’m putting my money on Tasha,” he revealed. “She’s super observant, and she’s laying low right now in a really smart way. She’s got a social game that’s under the radar, but I think when the time comes, she’ll make big moves.”

As for whether he’d return to the Big Brother house for another shot, Adrian says yes without hesitation.

“Absolutely. I’d go back in a heartbeat. I feel like I have unfinished business. I’ve learned a lot from this experience, and next time I’d play a little differently — be more assertive, and definitely build stronger alliances earlier.”

For now, Adrian Rocha is back home, cheering on his fellow houseguests from the outside. Though his time on Big Brother was cut short, his love for the game and his positive outlook have already made him a fan favorite — and perhaps a strong candidate for a future All-Stars season.
